Privacy policy
Protecting children's and families' data is our priority.
1. What data we collect
Through the enrollment, tour and contact forms we collect the parent's name, phone number, email address, the child's name and date of birth, and any notes you choose to add. After enrollment we keep attendance, daily records, progress, the child's photos and videos, and payment information.
2. How we use data
Data is used only to organize enrollment, provide educational services, communicate with parents and meet legal requirements. We do not sell data to third parties or use it for advertising.
3. Who has access
Access is role-based: a parent sees only their own child's data, a teacher only the children in their groups, and the administration only the data needed to run the kindergarten. These rules are enforced both on the server and in the database (Row Level Security).
4. Photos and videos
Children's photos and videos are kept in private storage and shown to authorized parents only through temporary signed links. Children's photos appear on the public site only with the parents' written consent.
5. Security
Connections are encrypted, sessions are managed with secure cookies, and important actions are recorded in an audit log. Staff are trained on data confidentiality.
6. Retention
Rejected applications are deleted after 12 months. After a child leaves the kindergarten, data is kept for the period required by law and then deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
You have the right to view your data, correct it, request its deletion or restrict its processing. Contact us to do so.
8. Analytics and cookies
To improve the website, and only with your consent, we collect anonymous visit statistics via Google Analytics (which pages were viewed and whether a form was submitted). The information you type into forms is never sent to analytics. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the site.
