Shangulum, Shungulum, Mangulum
What happens if three little goats don't listen to their mother?
Once upon a time there was a mother goat. She had three little kids: Shangulum, Shungulum and Mangulum.
Every morning, as she went off to graze, the mother goat told her children: "Don't open the door to anyone. When I come back, I'll sing a song and you'll recognise my voice."
One day a wolf overheard these words. After the mother goat had left, he knocked on the door and sang. But Shangulum, Shungulum and Mangulum recognised his rough voice and didn't open the door.
In the evening, when the mother goat came home, the kids told her everything. She hugged and kissed them: "Well done, my clever children! Because you listened, the wolf couldn't harm you."
This tale teaches us to listen to grown-ups and to be careful.
